At Anntian, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free and enjoyable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns.

To initiate a return, please send an email to ANNTIAN@VALDAGENCY.COM with the following details:

1. Your Order Number
2. The reason for your return

• Returns Notification: We will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be bought for a full price, unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Anntian is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
